Chef Kapil Dubey is the Executive Chef at The Den Hotel, Bengaluru.
Kapil comes with a plethora of culinary experience acquired from 18 years of experience in the industry, across boundaries. Known for his eye for detail and innovation, he has always surpassed guests’ expectations when it comes to food.
He has a vast experience in all facets of cooking and department supervision right from leading and training a range of junior chefs to assisting them in developing menus and recipes. He has unique leadership skills, demonstrating the ability to cultivate staff for professional advancement along with extensive knowledge of sanitation, food handling and safety standards. He has a reputation for getting the work done, being strongly self-motivated, enthusiastic, skilled supervisor, trainer, leader with an ability to work effectively with personnel workspace.
Kapil started his career with Park Hyatt Goa Resort & Spa, Goa, India in 2002 and then was associated with One & Only Royal Mirage Hotel, Dubai; Four Seasons Resort Landaa Giravarru Maldives; Ritz Carlton, Dubai; JW Marriott, Mumbai; The Westin Pune, Starwood Hotels, India; JW Marriott Absheron, Baku, Azerbaizan, Europe; The Westin Gurgaon New Delhi, India and Sheraton Hyderabad hotel, India.
Outside the kitchen, Chef Kapil has a strong environmental streak and takes a keen interest in recycling, apart from being an avid sports lover. He also likes to take the path less trodden when going on a holiday. With his inventive and experimental nature, we are sure to see some master pieces coming out from the kitchens of The Den Hotel, Bengaluru.
